What we collect
- Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep your name, email address and what you tell us.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To reply to you — legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, or steps before entering a contract with you.
- To understand how the site is used, in aggregate — legitimate interests.
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the site and email: [TO FILL: Cloudflare, email provider].
- With your agreement only: an AI data buyer, when you've asked to be introduced.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: [TO FILL: e.g. 24 months] after our last contact, unless we start working together.
- Analytics: aggregate only, retained by Cloudflare under its own policy.
